Keylock’s Tradework provides business‑to‑business services to individuals and companies within the jewellery sector.

• All work is undertaken at the customer’s own risk.
• While every effort is made to mitigate potential damage, gemstones and jewellery items are inherently delicate, and breakages may occur.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that appropriate insurance or coverage is in place for their items whilst work is being carried out.

• Wholesale customers are granted 14‑day payment terms from the date of invoice.
• Invoices not settled within this period will incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate until payment is received in full.

• Items will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• A charge of £1 will be added to postage costs to cover packaging.
• Customers must specify the level of insurance coverage required for their parcels.
• Where no instructions are provided, and an urgent parcel must be dispatched, a default insurance cover of £2,500 will apply.

• By engaging the services of Keylock’s Tradework, customers acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions. 
• Red Clover Designs Limited reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland.
